During my internship at Dripl, I took ownership of critical product features that directly impacted both customers and internal operations. I researched and developed automated asset flows that revolutionized technician workflows by transforming previously manual processes into streamlined database operations for Refill Point installations, relocations, and maintenance. I translated the company's rebranded UI design into production code for customer-facing interfaces on Refill Points (beverage dispensing machines), ensuring a seamless user experience that represents Dripl's new visual identity. This implementation is going to be actively used by thousands of end customers daily. For the internal admin panel, I developed key operational features including remote machine restart capabilities and manual calibration tools that empowered staff to resolve issues efficiently without on-site visits. Working collaboratively with another intern, I built a real-time usage tracking system that provides instant visibility into drink dispensing activities across all machines. These contributions helped scale Dripl's operations while maintaining product reliability and enhancing the user experience for both customers and internal teams

A college project for Inetum where we're building two apps with Microsoft Power Platform and Power Apps to manage consultant car leasing. As both the Scrum Master and senior developer, I’m supporting and mentoring a team of 8 junior developers, helping them grow while we work together to deliver a real-world solution. It’s been a great experience combining leadership and hands-on development with agile practices.
